Tyra Dennis, who is using a $1,000 grant from the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi for the opportunity, is pursuing global health advocacy through this program.

Research by North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University undergraduate students Kyla Holton and Jayden Seay, along with junior political science major Keon Jordan, is shedding new light on the role historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) have played in shaping social justice movements. Jordan, who co-authored and proofread the in-progress paper, contributed to the research's thorough analysis and accuracy.
