North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s Center for Outreach in Alzheimer’s, Aging and Community Health (COAACH) received a five-year $4.8 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study Alzheimer’s disease (AD) in middle-aged African Americans.

The Center for Outreach, Aging, Alzheimer’s and Community Health (COAACH) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will host a community cookout and health fair Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 2105 Yanceyville St. The event is open to the public and registration is recommended.
