Office of External Affairs

The Office of External Affairs aims to communicate the story of North Carolina A&T. This is to ensure that elected officials and other leaders fully understand the university's principles and its influence on Greensboro, North Carolina, and the United States.  

Occasionally, the Office of External Affairs, along with members of the Chancellor's Office, welcome elected officials who visit our campus to gain insight into A&T's research, academic achievements, and community involvement.

Office of Community Engagement

The mission of Community Engagement is to guide the university’s expanding engagement with a broad range of communities by cultivating prismatic partnerships with the growing number of leaders, organizations, and businesses within the local, regional/state, national, and global community.

Small Business and Technology Development Center
 

The SBTDC provides management counseling and educational services to small and mid-sized businesses and promising startups. The center helps clients increase sales, create jobs, and access capital at significantly greater rates than the average North Carolina business.  

The center’s counselors collaborate with each business owner to assess and benchmark company performance and make better business decisions.
