EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (June 19, 2020) – As the nation responds and copes with recent tragedies and incidences of police brutality, a spotlight is being shined on systemic racism, oppression and glaring, disproportionate inequalities that have persisted for hundreds of years toward Black Americans.
The Division of Student Affairs at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will host a virtual summer series on social justice, beginning Tuesday, June 23, at 6 p.m., to help students cope with the internal and external grief they may be experiencing and provide steps to move forward and evoke change in the world.
The three-part series will include conversations with several prominent thought leaders for social justice and champions of change. Each conversation is listed below, with required registration details.

- Special guests: Tamika Mallory, social justice leader, advocate and activist, and Tiffany Loftin, director of the NAACP Youth & College Division
