Belk Launches Spring Collection Designed by A&T Fashion Alumna

EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Oct. 15, 2019) – The Aggies are headed downtown.
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is opening a “pop-up” at 201 S. Elm St. on Monday, Oct. 21, just in time for homecoming. The grand opening celebration will feature appearances by Mayor Nancy Vaughan and Chancellor Harold L. Martin Sr., a food truck, and a store full of the latest and best Aggie gear.
The grand opening will be from 4 to 7 p.m. The shop will stay open Tuesday-Saturday for the remainder of Homecoming week, from noon to 7 p.m. each day. After that, hours will be noon to 7 p.m. Wednesdays-Saturdays through the holiday season.
In-store special events are being planned for the next two months, starting with a book signing at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, featuring La-Donia Alford-Jefferies, N.C. A&T alumna and author of the children’s book “Homecoming.”
