About Our College
The College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is one of the largest academic units at North Carolina A&T State University. Home to six academic departments, our college provides the foundational coursework that shapes virtually every Aggie while preparing majors for careers across a wide range of industries.
Our students are doers, problem-solvers and changemakers who contribute across the campus community and beyond. Through internships, undergraduate research, study abroad, service-learning and other hands-on experiences, they apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges while developing the analytical, creative and professional skills employers value most.
That preparation extends far beyond graduation. Our alumni are innovators, educators, artists, public servants and communicators who continue to strengthen their professions, communities and industries.
