Faculty Registration

Faculty registration must be completed by Monday, November 20, 2023 for guaranteed parking. All request after this date will not be honored.

Regalia

• Faculty are required to be in full academic regalia to be a part of the ceremony. 
   
  Any faculty needing to purchase rental regalia from the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, the deadline to order is Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Please complete the Faculty Regalia Request Form. 

Clear Bag Policy and Cell Phones

• The university’s clear bag policy will be enforced. Please adhere to the policy.

• Cell phones should be turned off or set to vibrate 

Faculty Line Up

• Faculty should be in line no later than 8:15 a.m. for both the graduate and undergraduate ceremonies. 

Parking is free for both ceremonies with submitted RSVP.
