To ensure the highest quality of service to all who request information from OSPIE, please review the following steps regarding submitting requests. By completing the steps below, we can improve the management of requests and timeliness in responding. ​

Step 1: Review Currently Available Resources​

You should review Many resources on our OSPIE Website before submitting a request. These resources may provide the information you need and help you identify sources you might use in the future.​

Step 2: Complete a Data Request form​

This form can be completed and submitted online using the link below. An OSPIE analyst will contact you within 1 to 2 days to discuss the request.

Because of the increase in demand, OSPIE will need at least two weeks to complete your request. If your request is due sooner than two weeks and needs to be expedited, please call the office at (336) 285-2496.
