North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges ( SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. The Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) supports institutional accreditation. NC A&T State University was first accredited in 1936.
