Welcome to North Carolina A&T State University! This webpage will provide you with some important information to help you prepare for your stay at NCAT. Please contact us if you have further questions after reading this material. The Office of International Affairs (OIA) provides many services for the University’s international students, scholars, and their families including advice on immigration-related matters, orientation programs, and cross-cultural programs for students, scholars, and spouses.We are excited you have arrived safely on campus and want to make your check-in process smooth.
First, we would first like you to mark your calendar to attend our International Student Orientation.
- Date: Friday, August 18, 2023
- Location: ACB, room 109
- Lunch at 12:00 pm
- Orientation: 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Next, we need you to electronically check in with our office by completing the Official Arrival Check-in form (if the link does not open, copy it and paste it into another browser). Be sure to hit the submit button when you have completed the form.
Then, complete the New International Student Checklist (if the link does not open, copy and paste it into another browser). This form identifies the university offices you must visit to remove holds and to provide updated information on your record. You must complete and submit this form to have the final OIA hold removed.
