OVERVIEW
The Center for Excellence in Cybersecurity Research, Education, and Outreach (CREO) advances research, workforce development, and innovation to strengthen national security and resilience for individuals, businesses, and critical infrastructure. CREO fosters collaborative, interdisciplinary research, experiential education, and strategic public and industry engagement to address emerging and complex cybersecurity challenges. By bringing together faculty, students, industry partners, and government stakeholders, CREO develops and translates innovative, practice-driven solutions across cybersecurity spectrum. The center emphasizes real-world impact, supporting the transition of research outcomes into deployable technologies, intellectual property, and commercialization opportunities, while preparing a diverse and highly skilled cybersecurity workforce.
