SSgt Joshua Benson

Biography

Staff Sergeant Joshua Benson is Non-commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Administration Management at Air Force Reserve Officer Training (AFROTC) Detachment 605 North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University, Greensboro, North Carolina. He manages the records of a 100-cadet detachment.
Prior to his current position, Sergeant Benson served at the 805th Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, as NCOIC of the Commander's Support Staff. In his role, he oversaw the management of the Commanders' Programs for the Air Force’s number one Battle Lab.
Before the 805th CTS, Sergeant Benson served as the Security Manager at the Air Force Weapons School.
Sergeant Benson was born and raised in Camp Verde, Arizona. He joined the United States Air Force in 2014 at the age of 19.
