B.S. in Automotive Engineering Technology

Automotive Engineering Technology (AUTO) graduates possess a strong understanding of automotive principles, mobility design, performance modeling and testing, and mechanical fundamentals and much more.  The term “automotive” refers to land, sea, air, or space mobility. The program prepares students with specialized skills for a successful career in design, manufacturing, marketing, operation, and maintenance in automotive industries and associated suppliers. Total incomes of Automotive Engineering Technology (AUTO) graduates incorporate salary plus the potential for bonuses and profit sharing.  Factors affecting salary for this major include type of employer, job responsibility, working condition, geographic location, and experience. A typical salary range is from $55,000 or higher.
