Deloitte Foundation logoNorth Carolina A&T State University is proud to collaborate with the Deloitte Foundation to champion diverse talent entering the CPA profession. Together, North Carolina A&T State University and the Deloitte Foundation are happy to continue the University's long-standing commitment to students with a record of commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by providing a limited number of full scholarships to the Master of Accountancy (MACC) Program at North Carolina A&T State University.

Specifically, the criteria to be considered for this scholarship are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Historically Black College University (HBCU), Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), or other accredited College, or University in the United States

  • Pursuing an undergraduate baccalaureate degree in accounting from an accredited program, with all degree requirements to be completed no later than May 2024.

  • Strong academic track record; minimum of 3.0 GPA ( on 4.0 scale)

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

  • Must meet the standards for admission into a Deloitte Foundation selected AACSB accredited college/university master's program in accounting

  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in public accounting and obtaining their CPA, but not presently a CPA

  • Selected participants must matriculate to the University's Master of Accountancy (MACC) Program for the duration of the 2024-2025 academic school year (August 2024 through June 2025) and complete such program no later than August 2025.

  • In the spirit of supporting a racially and ethnically diverse student population, the University will also endeavor to consider applicants from underrepresented demographic groups who meet the recipient eligibility criteria above.

Thank you for your interest in the North Carolina A&T Master of Accountancy (MACC) Program and the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars program. Students interested in being considered for this award must do two things by January 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM: 1) apply for admission to the MACC Program and 2) submit this form to be considered.
