Permit Types & Pricing
Parking permits are required at all times on university property. Permits may be physical or virtual. Physical permits must be hung from the rearview mirror and be visible from outside the vehicle. Virtual permits are linked to your license plate, so plates must be properly mounted and visible to ensure the License Plate Recognition (LPR) system can verify you as a valid permit holder.Students with 30 or more completed credit hours are eligible to purchase a parking permit.
Each student may register one vehicle only, and permits are valid from August 4 to May 21.
Incoming freshmen residing on campus are not eligible to purchase a parking permit or park on campus during their first year. However, freshmen with medical needs, off-campus employment, or other hardships may request an exemption through the Office of Leadership and Civic Engagement via 1891Connect. Supporting documentation is required.
