How It Works

The NCAT Park app is a crowd-sourcing tool tailored specifically for Aggies. It helps you find available parking spots, sends reminders of where you parked, and allows you to submit feedback to improve parking services.

Using the App

1. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
2. Select either Always Allow Location or Allow While Using App to enable continuous parking data processing.

• The NCAT Park app (ParkZen) does not track users' location history, identity, or other personal data.
• All data is processed locally on mobile devices and is not shared with ParkZen.
• The app collects only anonymized parking location data to help monitor parking availability on campus.
• Parking data is securely stored using Google Cloud services, ensuring the highest levels of security. The privacy policy can be found within the NCAT Park app (under settings), or you can view it here.
