Admission Requirements

BSN-DNP Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Track: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent degree from a comparable foreign institution.
Post-Master Transformative Nursing Leadership Track: Hold a Master of Science or a post-graduate degree in Nursing with an administration focus or equivalent from an accredited institution or an equivalent degree from a comparable foreign institution
Official Transcripts (from all previous colleges/universities)
Prerequisite Statistics Course (3 credits) prior to the first Research Course
Overall scholastic GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Current unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina or the RN license that can be endorsed/reinstated in North Carolina.
At least 600 hours of full-time RN experience before beginning any clinical courses
