Standard Amenities Provided

Insurance - We strongly encourage students to obtain Liability and Personal Property Insurance (Homeowner’s Insurance). The University is not responsible for the actions of other residents or for loss and damage to a student’s personal property for any reason, including but not limited to theft. The new and continuing student housing tutorial will be available through Aggie Housing Portal. The tutorial will allow students to get a feel for the room selection and how it works before the actual process begins. It will only be available for continuing students until mid-April and June for new students. Take advantage of the opportunity, and ease through the process when it is HALL/ROOM SELF-SELECTION TIME!
