Military-Affiliated Student Success Conference

The Office of Veteran & Military Affairs presents the Military-Affiliated Student Success Conference and Green Zone Training. This full-day conference is designed to strengthen institutional capacity to support military-affiliated students through cross-campus collaboration, shared learning, and coordinated service delivery. The conference brings together students, faculty, staff, advisors, and administrators to identify barriers faced by military-affiliated students and develop strategies to enhance their academic success, engagement and retention.

The conference aims to:

• Enhance collaboration across campus departments to improve coordinated student support.
• Identify challenges and barriers impacting military-affiliated students and available resources.
• Apply evidence-based strategies to improve support practices.
• Promote student engagement through Student Veterans of America (SVA) participation.
• Strengthen communication and service delivery using insights from discussions and Q&A sessions.
