Bio
I am an investigational and experimental computer scientist in the field of data mining, machine learning, and computational biology, who likes to contrive novel real-world problems with practical solutions through interdisciplinary collaborations that can affect the existing world and paves the way for future progression. I am interested to quest my career in the computer science research field as it can lead the world on a bigger scale by continued scientific progress. I have the capability, management, training, proficiency, and incentive to effectively execute the recommended research project.
Research Interests
My research interests include the design and implementation of machine learning and deep learning algorithms for biomedical image processing and bioinformatics gene expression processing. I got opportunities to apply as a co-investigator on several NSF, NIH, etc. grants. I know the important factors that impact for successful completion of a research project like effective communication, robust research plan, brainstorming, implementation, timeframe analysis, and budget set.
