Open Enrollment: Ready Set Enroll

Ready, Set, Enroll! This year’s benefits Open Enrollment period is October 15-October 31, 2020, which is shorter than usual. During this time, you will have the opportunity to enroll in both your State Health Plan and your NCFlex benefits. Keep in mind that there will be limitations on our ability to deliver in-person enrollment assistance and customer service response times may be longer than usual this year due to COVID-19. To prepare we highly recommend you validate your login credentials(OneID username and password) for the Benefits Enrollment System and review the Open Enrollment materials so that you are ready to take action.
