NC-LSAMP Publications

NC-LSAMP SPRA is dedicated to understanding the barriers that obstruct the diversification of STEM fields. The research component of NC-LSAMP SPRA has produced an executive summary and in-depth research report that details these important findings. As stated in the report, “Understanding and addressing the factors that deter students, especially women and racially marginalized students, from pursuing STEM majors can be crucial for meeting STEM workforce demands, fostering innovation, and promoting a more equitable society”.
