Bio
Dr. Lee is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University (B.S., Chemistry), American InterContinental University (M.Ed., Instructional Technology), and Capella University (Ph.D., Professional Studies in Education).
Research Interests
Dr. Lee's research interest include but are not limited to the first year experience, retention of underrepresented populations within higher education, assisting disadvantaged students in maximizing their academic potential, and enrollment management. She has taught high school Chemistry, Physical Science, and Integrated Science at Edgecombe County Schools (Tarboro High) and Hertford County Schools (Hertford County High). Furthermore, she served as an Upward Bound Academic Coordinator at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for five and half years prior to my employment at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
