The Computational Research Leadership Council at the university is hosting a virtual seminar on Blowing Up Stars On Supercomputers. The seminar will feature Dr. Bronson Messer, a Distinguished Staff Scientist and Director of Science at the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF) at ORNL.

The seminar will be hosted on Feb. 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. (EST) via Zoom and cover the formation of neutron stars and black holes, the generation of gravitational waves, and more!
