Rosegalie Cineus ‘24, who graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s Journalism and Mass Communication (JOMC) Department, has been chosen as one of eight fellows for the Dow Jones HBCU (historically Black college or university) Media Collective program.
