Letters of Recommendation

• Submit 3 letters of recommendation for consideration. Letters should be from a physician assistant, physician, nurse practitioner, professor or supervisor who has had direct interaction with the applicant. These individuals should be able to attest to the character, strengths, emotional intelligence and readiness for a career as a physician assistant. 
  
  *DO NOT submit letters from family members or a peer.
  **Letters should be submitted through the CASPA application portal by the letter author.

Personal Statement

• The personal statement provides applicants with an opportunity to share their personal vision, PA career aspirations and to demonstrate how these align with the mission of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and the mission of the PA Studies Program.
