Transfer Admissions
How do my credits transfer? Check out the Transfer Credit Articulation Tool to find out!
Each year over 700 transfer students enroll at N.C. A&T, and we hope you will be one of them. You may be coming from our state’s excellent community college system, choosing to continue your education at one of North Carolina’s best 4-year colleges. Or you may be coming from another 4-year university where, for whatever reason, you are not finding what you need to fulfill your goals. Whoever you are and whatever your situation, we invite you to join our diverse and inclusive Aggie community, with eight academic colleges to earn your degree and a friendly, welcoming campus where you can grow as a person.
What is a Transfer Student?
A transfer student is someone who has been enrolled at a 2-year or 4-year college after high school graduation and has attempted or earned college credit. If this describes you, continue reading. If not, return to our Undergraduate Admissions page to determine your status.
Note: Dual enrollment high school students (including early college and middle college students who take college credit in high school) are not considered Transfer Students and should complete a First-Year application.
