Your Passport to Campus Life

The Aggie OneCard is the official identification card for North Carolina A&T State University. Every student, faculty, and staff member receives their first Aggie OneCard upon arrival on campus. Active members of N.C. A&T are eligible for a new card at no charge if their current card expires.


Replacement Fees

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen cards: $25.00
  • Demagnetized or visibly damaged cards (e.g., bent, curled, broken, taped, scratched magnetic stripe, or hole-punched): $25.00

Please note, once a card is replaced, the old card becomes invalid.  


Issuing a New Aggie OneCard

To receive an Aggie OneCard, students, faculty, and staff must present a valid government photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) that displays their name and photo, which must resemble the potential cardholder. New incoming students can obtain their Aggie OneCard during orientation, while all other members of N.C. A&T can visit the Aggie OneCard Center located in the Student Center. The center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Aggie OneCard not only identifies your relationship to the University but also provides access to various accounts and privileges across campus.

GET is an online and mobile platform to help you get more convenience, value, and fun from campus life. Once you download the free app to your smartphone, choose North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University as your campus. Download the mobile app or visit Get online. 

 

Online Card Management 
By registering and logging in with username and password, patrons can: 

  • Deposit funds 
  • Deactivate lost or stolen cards 
  • View transactions 
  • Check balances 

 

Aggie Dollars 

  • Funds may, at the cardholder’s option, be deposit to Aggie OneCard via debit/ credit card at anytime 
  • Funds can be use at ELEMENTS, Bookstore, Parking, Ticket Office, and Dining Retail Locations 
  • Unused funds do not expire 

 

Aggie OneCard may be used with a variety of meal plans available for students, faculty and staff.  

 

Flex Dollars 

  • Available with traditional meal plans 
  • Funds are distributed at the beginning of each semester 
  • Flex dollars can only be used at food retail locations (including ELEMENTS) 
  • Funds will expire at the end of the semester 

 

Dining Dollars 

  • Funds may, at the cardholder’s option, be deposit to Aggie OneCard via debit/credit card at anytime 
  • Available with selected meal plans 
  • Funds can be use at Food Retail Locations (excluding ELEMENTS and Bookstore Cafe) 
  • Funds roll over semester to semester (expires at the end of the academic year) 

 

Meal Plan Swipes 

  • Are included in your meal plan and can be used for entry into dining halls. The Williams Dining Hall and The Marketplace offer all-you-care-to-eat options

Students may use Aggie OneCard to purchase needed medical services that are not covered in their tuition and fees.

Health Services > 

 

Students, faculty and staff may use Aggie OneCard to pay for parking fees and fines.

Parking and Transportation Services > 

 

Aggie OneCard funds may be used for purchases at the Bookstore.

Students with a surplus of funds available through the Registrar’s office will have the option to designate funds to be placed on their Aggie OneCard and do not expire for the duration that the cardholder is active at N.C. A&T. Book voucher funds may be used at all campus merchant locations and are taxed.

Swipe card access is a great way to secure a building or entryway. Aggie OneCard may be programmed to allow access into various locations across campus. 

 

Students, faculty and staff can use Aggie OneCard to check out the books and other materials at the circulation counter of Bluford Library. 

 

Full-time student or a qualifying part-time student have access to on-campus football and basketball games. Aggie OneCard is required for student admission to athletic and special events. 

 

Aggie OneCard funds may be used to purchase goods and services from the University Mail Center.

Online Card Management 

GET Mobile Online is the university card management portal. By registering and logging in with username and password, patrons can deposit funds, deactivate lost or stolen cards, view transactions, and check balances. 

Family, Friends, and Guests 

You may gift funds to an Aggie OneCard holder by using the “Guest Deposit” feature. You will need the patron’s Banner ID and full name. 

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

No, Aggie OneCards cannot be reactivated once they are replaced in the system. 

 

You can contact our office at 336-334-7114, the university police at 336-334-7128, or report your lost card anytime online at get.cbord.com/ncat. 

 

Yes, you are responsible for keeping your card in good condition. If your card is lost, stolen, damaged, demagnetized, or if it is bent, curled, broken, taped, or has holes punched in it, you will need to pay a replacement fee. 

 

No, damaged cards require a replacement fee. 

 

No, Aggie OneCards are not transferable, and improper use is subject to disciplinary action. 

 

Freeze your card online at get.cbord.com/ncat. The cardholder is responsible for reporting all fraudulent and disputed charges to the appropriate merchant. Aggie OneCard assumes no responsibility for fraudulent or disputed charges, and all approvals for transaction refunds will be handled directly with the merchant.  

 

All meal plan sales are through Campus Enterprises at 336-334-7876. You may deposit money to your Aggie OneCard online at get.cbord.com/ncat 

 

No, unfortunately, we are not able to move monies between accounts.  

 

Commuter Blocks and Go Plans include Dining Dollars that roll over once from Fall to Spring and are non-refundable. Traditional meal plans come with Flex Dollars, which do not roll over and are also non-refundable. Any money you deposit to Dining Dollars does not expire and can be refunded upon graduation or withdrawal. 

 

Yes, book voucher funds can be used at dining and retail locations on campus where Aggie OneCard is accepted.  

 

You can view balances online at get.cbord.com/ncat or with the GET mobile app.  

 

Unfortunately, due to privacy laws, we cannot give balances over the phone, or to any person other than the patron.  

 

Student card access to Housing will be assigned at the beginning of each semester. Housing adjustments must be submitted to Aggie OneCard Center by a designated Housing official. Student, staff and faculty card access to buildings, laboratories, and offices must be requested by the appropriate department or employee's supervisor; this request must be sent to the building representative, who in-turn sends the approved request to the Aggie OneCard Center for further processing.  

 

Housing adjustments must be submitted to Aggie OneCard Center by a designated Housing official.
