N.C. Residency
If you are claiming to be a North Carolina resident for tuition purposes, you must complete the Residency Determination Service (RDS) interview process and provide the Admissions office with their Residency Certification Number (RCN) from RDS.

New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation (NSO) is mandatory for all newly admitted students to make sure you get the most out of the Aggie Experience. Orientation begins prior to the fall semester. During orientation, you will receive information about academic requirements and expectations, campus resources, student services, meet with an academic advisor and register for courses.

Complete FAFSA Now
Need financial assistance to fund your college education? Start by completing the 2023-2024 FAFSA now. Be sure to include N.C. A&T school code #002905. You and parent(s) must request a Federal Student Aid ID to electronically sign the FAFSA. A Renewal FAFSA must be completed each academic year. For details regarding the FAFSA, click here.

Immunizations
By North Carolina law, students must complete the new student immunizations requirements in order to become an enrolled. For more information, contact the Student Health Center at 336-334-7880 and find out what immunizations are needed prior to New Student Orientation by visiting the Student Health Center's website.
