College and Departmental Transfer Requirements

The Comprehensive Articulation Agreement allows North Carolina community college graduates who have earned the Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree to transfer to one of the constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina, having completed the general education core. Transfer students will also be considered to have satisfied the UNC minimum course requirements.

*The following academic areas have additional admissions requirements. Applicants must meet these requirements in addition to the general admissions requirements for consideration. This does not guarantee admissions.
