Study Abroad Programs
The North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics (Deese COBE) is committed to providing opportunities for students to develop their global mindset and cultural intelligence. In addition to classes in which these concepts are taught, the Deese College, in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs, provides several opportunities each year for students to study abroad.
There are multiple types of study abroad programs, including short-term faculty-led, summer, and semester-long programs. Scholarships are available for some study abroad opportunities for students who meet specific criteria.

Future Study Abroad Opportunities
2024 Aggie Global Business Faculty-Led Study Abroad Program
- Open to current sophomore and junior Business, STEM, and Agriculture majors.
- Faculty-led travel to Brazil will take place in May 2024.
- Students must enroll in two three-hour credit courses and participate in a "Cultural Intelligence" workshop series.
- Qualified students can receive travel scholarships of up to $5000 to participate.
- Completed scholarship applications are due November 17, 2023.
