Try Healthy is a federally funded grant program promoting health and well-being among SNAP recipients.
At Try Healthy, we are committed to meeting people where they are. We tailor our interventions and resources to the specific needs of the unique in dividuals and communities we serve through collaboration with state and local organizations. By working hand in hand with these trusted partners, we can effectively reach and engage with SNAP participants, providing them with the support they need to lead physically active lifestyles and make sustainable, healthy choices.
